1. Return and Exchange Period

  • Returns: Customers have the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges: Customers have the right to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

2. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To accept a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition as received, unused, unopened, and not utilized or benefited from in any way.

  • The product must include all original price tags, labels, accessories, and promotional gifts (if any).

  • The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

3. Cases Ineligible for Returns or Exchanges

In accordance with Article 11 of the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce Law, customers are not entitled to return or exchange products in the following cases (unless there is a manufacturing defect):

  • If the product was custom-made at the customer"s request or according to specifications provided by them (customized products).

  • If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling, improper storage, or misuse by the customer.

  • Products that cannot be resold for health or public hygiene reasons (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, and perfumes if their original packaging has been opened).

  • Digital products or software that are downloaded or received online.

4. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

  • If the customer receives a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a product that does not match the specifications listed on the store, they have the right to return or exchange it immediately.

  • In this case, Barishop-sa.com will cover all shipping and delivery costs, and no additional fees will be charged to the customer.

  • Defective products must be reported within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt.

5. Bank Fees and Shipping Costs

  • Returns/Exchanges due to customer preference (without a product defect): The customer bears the additional return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Returns due to non-compliance or defects: The customer will not bear any shipping costs or additional fees.

6. Refund Policy and Timeline

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions:

  • The amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used for the purchase (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

  • The refund process to your bank account may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of your card-issuing bank.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (if the service is available), an arrangement will be made with the customer to transfer the amount to their bank account (IBAN) after deducting service fees and return shipping costs.

7. Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
